Purchasing our hot tub from Jon at Columbia River Hot Tubs was a great experience. We were looking for a new hard cover hot tub because our hot tub site was under a tree. Got new tub delivered, installed and set up this weekend. So excited about it we've been in it twice a day since it warmed up. Exceptional service from Jamie in the showroom. So knowledgeable and helpful. Followed up several times to just check in to make sure we were taken care of and the tub was delivered without issue. Just don't get this kind of personal connection anywhere these days. Nice to see customer service is alive and well at Columbia River Hot Tub!
